I make my photos available here for everyone to see, my face and features are not covered and I make no attempt to remain anonymous, there are "Copyright" texts on the pictures but it is well-known that these texts are either easily removed or I would have to paste them right across the middle of the photo, which is unacceptable for me.

You can look at the pictures with your browser and download them to your PC, I of course have nothing against you doing that and I hope that you enjoy them, in whatever way you like... *smile*

I do very much however have something against your doing anything else with my pictures, such as posting them in the Internet or making them available to others for posting, or publishing them elsewhere. If you do this you are doing something illegal which can and will be punished (heavily) by law, it can cost you lots of money. I could name concrete examples, my attorney is constantly processing cases where such abuse has taken place. The representation of my person in this fashion without my approval is very easy to prove and the person represented is nearly always immediately successful in legal proceedings with very little ado. And believe me I will follow up on each case of such usage of my pictures without my permission!

Before you do anything with my pictures other than to just "enjoy" them yourself it's better if you get in touch with me. We must all take great care in this area, I must be very careful not to show someone on my page without their permission. And I have lots of friends who are surfing around the net, I quite often get mails on this subject like, "Hey, Sandra, I saw your pictures at http://... Did you know that they're there?" So keep it simple and honest and mail me!

What do we learn from all of this: If you want to use my pictures just let me know, if I know about it I'll probably not have any problems with your usage of them anyway and we can ensure that you don't get into trouble!
